Refurbishment and change of use of existing stables to office space. Change of use of existing carriage house to staff dining with non-commercial kitchen. Reroofing and refurbishment of existing garden sheds and single-storey roof to existing courtyard adjacent to existing estate offices and change of use to office space with associated toilets and staff shower facilities.
