  • Residential development shall consist of 85 no residential units (overall gfa c10,102 sqm) comprising 53 no house units and 32 no duplex apartment units (2-3 storeys in height overall) in the form of 16 no 2 bed units, 25 no 3 bed units and 44 no 4 bed units. A combination of residential units is proposed including detached house units, semi detached house units and duplex apartment units as follows
  • Type b1 and b2 units
  • 16 no 2 bed duplex apartment units and 16 no 3 bed duplex apartment units in 8 no 3 storey blocks, type f units
  • 8 no 3 bed 2 storey semi detached units, type h and ha units
  • 24 no 4 bed 2 storey semi detached units, type j and ja units
  • 20 no 4 bed 3 storey semi detached house units and type k unit: 1 no 3 bed 2 storey detached house unit. All residential units range in size from c83.6 sqm - c 150.3 sqm (gfa) and have associated private open space areas in the form of a rear garden or balcony / terrace area. The proposal also provide for c154 no car parking spaces, 32 no grouped bicycle parking spaces to serve duplex apartment units, public open space and all landscaping works including boundary treatment; internal bin storage facilities to serve duplex apartment units; all residential access roads; and all associated site development works. This new application for permission for development generally relates to part of an overall site previously subject to a split decision under reg ref 17/219 and abp ref abp301261-18.
