Refs. 16/1418, 18/1033, 19/266 and 20/187 and concurrent revisions application reg. Ref. 20/235 and shall provide for the replacement of 55 no. Previously permitted units located in ‘phase3’ (comprising 6 no. Type b, 16 no. Type c, 17 no. Type d and 16 no. Type x 3 bedroom semi-detached/terraced 2 storey house units) with 83 no. Residential units (comprising 67 no. 2 storey houses and 16 no. Apartment /duplex units arranged across 3 storeys). Permission is also being sought for the omission of 22 no. Previously permitted units comprising 6 no. Houses (consisting of 2 no. 3 bedroom semi-detached 2 storey type c house units and 4 no. 3 bedroom terraced 2 storey type d house units) and 16 no. Apartments (consisting of 8 no. 2 bedroom single storey/ground floor apartment units and 8 no. 3 bedroom 2 storey/duplex apartment units) located to the north of the site and in their place the provision of an enlarged area of public open space.
