This amendment application relates to the protected structure - struan house (rps ref. No. 08-77). The proposed amendment seeks to replace the previously permitted demolition (under ref. 15/260) of the 2 no. Storey rear return structure of struan house with an amended single storey extension to the rear. This extension of 83.8 sq. M. Includes an open plan kitchen/living and family room with minor adjustments to layout, door and window openings and skylights. The proposed works also include internal alterations to the interior of struan house including a new utility room and a reduction in bedrooms (from 6 no. To 5 no. ) to provide en-suite and walk-in wardrobe at second floor level. The proposed amendments also include site works, landscaping and boundary treatments.
