All of the residential units will have associated private open space with gardens facing north/south/east/west. Upgrades and alteration to the existing road network, including the provision of a new signal controlled junction on the dublin road and alterations to the kilbride road l6179 providing new vehicular/pedestrian/cycle access from the dublin road through the site to the kilbride road. A new pedestrian crossing point at monument lane is also proposed. Alterations to st.
