External all-weather tennis courts and associated energy efficient lighting and fencing. (c) construction of 2 no. Indoor “hard court” tennis/multi purpose courts and associated facilities, (d) construction of a new two storey club house to include changing rooms, sauna and toilets, administrative/office areas, tea rooms, serving/bar area, kitchen area , table tennis room, various storage areas, sport viewing areas and related rooms.
