Development at a 1.54ha site consisting of a 38kv/mv electrical substation, underground cables (ugc) & assoc. Works. Development will include: 1)construction of a substation compound of approx. 2,850m2 gross area, with 2.6m high palisade fence around entire perimeter of substation, with the following electrical plant within the substation: 1no. Prefabricated 38kv gis module & foundation (c. 31m2 & c. 5.2m high); 1no. Prefabricated mv gis module & foundation (c. 32m2 & c. 4.7m high); 1no. Prefabricated control room module & foundation (c. 32m2 & c. 4.7m high); 2no. 38/20kv 10 mva transformers & assoc. Bunds (c. 15m2, c. 4.5m high ea. ); telecommunication scada pole of c. 10 metres in height; assoc. & ancillary outdoor electrical equipment & other apparatus, incl. Installation of ugc; internal access road of c. 40m in length & c. 5m wide within proposed substation; compound lighting, boundary treatment, assoc.
