The proposed development will include a) the amalgamation of the two existing buildings into one building, b) the change of use of the existing office units to educational use with ancillary office space, c) alterations to the internal layout, installation of a platform lift within a new entrance foyer and a new door off bindon street, the north west building elevation, d) alterations to the existing adjacent public footpath ( bindon street ) to provide 2 no.
