Type a (2) 1 no. 4-bedroom house two-storey semi-detached, i. E. Type b (3) 6 no. 3 bedroom house, two-storey semi-detached, i. E. Type c (4) 6 no. 3 bedroom house, two-storey semi-detached i. E. Type d (5) 8 no. 2 bedroom apartments, two storey semi-detached i. E. Type e (6) 3 no. 3 bedroom house, single-storey semi-detached/detached, i. E. Type f (b) 34 ancillary car parking spaces within the development. (c) the construction of pedestrian access point to the site.
