Proposes to carry out the following development. The construction of a new housing estate development consisting of: a. 18 no. Residential units comprising of: (1) 4 no. 1-bedroom apartments, i. E. Type a (2) 12 no. 2-bedroom apartments, i. E. Type b (3) 2 no. 3-bedroom apartments, i. E. Type c b. 27 ancillary car parking spaces within the development. C. The construction of pedestrian access point to the site. D. New vehicular access point to the site. E. Connection to main sewer and watermain. F. Alterations to ground levels to accommodate the development. G. Surface water management will include attenuation and discharge to surface water network. H. All ancillary site works to include boundary and landscaping works. In accordance with the habits directive, appropriate assessment screening has been carried out on the project. An environmental impact assessment (eia) screening determination has been made and concludes that there is no real likelihood of significant effects on the environment arising from the proposed development.
