- The proposed development is to provide for a link road between the existing n85 roundabout and the junction of lees road (l4182) drumcliffe road (l4587), and includes for the following works
- Link road and associated cycle paths and footpaths
- The creation of new junction/roundabout and improvements on the lees road/drumcliffe road junction
- The creation of a new junction and improvements on lahinch onto the existing n85 roundabout
- The demolition of an existing cottage
- The provision of trunk water and drainage services and other services
- The connecting of existing services to the site
