- To carry out the following development
- The construction of a new 4m wide cycling infrastructure approximately 1185 metres in length, travelling from north to south on the r458, commencing with an uncontrolled crossing point north of the river rine, then veering off-road over a refurbished masonry arch bridge, under the m18 bridge and over the opw embankment. The cycle path will then travel south via the existing access road serving the motorway attenuation ponds to where it will cross the l3148 east of the dromoland east roundabout via an uncontrolled crossing. It then veers south off-road, tying back in with the existing cycling infrastructure on the r458 with an uncontrolled crossing located approximately 300m south of the dromoland east roundabout
