At the main office entrance, new 3.5m high metal fencing and pedestrian gate with access controls is to be installed and laser cut stainless steel mesh erected externally to the lower ground windows of the main office atrium area. The main office, which was the original malting building of murphy brewery, is a protected structure as listed under ps161, cork city council record of protected structures. At the car park entrance, the existing railings and bollards will be demolished and 2.4m high metal fencing with pedestrian gates, and 2 no. New electric sliding vehicle gates will be erected. The development includes all associated and ancillary works necessary to complete the development.
