The proposed development will include the addition of: 5 bus & 28 car parking spaces (of which 2 no. Are wheelchair accessible); 2 no. Gas storage tanks; 3 no. Ground mounted solar panel arrays; new integrated constructed wetlands treatment system; production water well; below ground fire fighting water storage tanks; 4 no. Silo grain storage tanks; 1 no.
