Planning permission for a large scale residential development comprising amendments to a permitted strategic housing development of 302 no. Residential units, ground floor retail, crèche and associated site works (an bord pleanála ref: 305278-19) at a site located at horgan's quay and railway street, cork. The amendment to permitted scheme will consist of change of use from permitted tenant amenity/management suite located within the station master's building which is a protected structure (rps no. Ps178) and block b2 to office use including internal and elevational alterations. The development also includes a sloped access ramp to the station master's building and amended external stairs outdoor seating areas to serve retail units 2no. Additional bike stands inclusion of internal roller shutters to all retail office and creche units internal changes to permitted bin/bike store re-allocation of 1no.
