Upgrading of existing binbane to cathaleen's fall 110kv overhead line circuit consisting of (1) replacement of (a) ("restringing") of the existing overhead line circuit conductor wires with new conductor wires including a fibre telecommunications cable (b) 106 no. Existing polesets and 17no. Angle masts - any replacement structures will be constructed at, or immediately adjacent to the existing structures they will replace, will be along the same alignment as existing, and will be of a generally similar height and appearance unless otherwise stated (c) 1 no. Existing polesets with 1no. 4 pole poleset in the townland of oughtnadrin (2) the removal of 1 no. Angle mast in the townland of tully and 1 no. Poleset in the townland of carrick west (3) provision of 1no. Angle mast immediately adjacent to cathaleen's fall substation in the townland of ballyhanna (4) a local alteration to the existing circuit alignment in the townlands of clarcarricknagun and drummenny middle which will involve the replacement of 2no. Existing polesets with 2no. Angle masts, and the removal of 1no. Poleset and 2 no. Angle masts (5) all associated site development works, including foundation upgrade works (6) all associated works within the existing binbane and cathaleen's fall substations to accommodate the uprated 110kv overhead line including alterations to existing apparatus (7) all associated temporary site development works to gain access to the existing structures include clearance of vegetation, disassembly and reassembly of gate posts / piers and removal and reinstatement of existing fencing (8) other temporary associated and ancillary site development works required for the purpose of the uprate of the existing circuit, including the installation of silt traps, silt fences, stone tracks, bog mats and temporary watercourse crossings.
