Official record

Development description

Expp: planning permission, reg. Ref. 1398/23, was granted on 17th august 2023 for alterations & extension to the existing house to include demolition of the side garage & rear extensions and provision of a two-storey side extension and a part two-storey & part single-storey rear extension, internal alterations and provision of a rooflight to the existing rear roof slope. Due to unfavourable ground conditions and the additional costs involved the scale of the project was reduced and the first-floor rear element of the granted extension was removed from the scope of works. Please see enclosed drawings highlighting the previously approved extension and the proposed reduction in scale by removing the first-floor rear element of the works. I trust that this is an acceptable adjustment and we would appreciate confirmation if this is considered acceptable within the grant of planning permission reg. Ref. 1398/23.
