Works consisting of: a) demolition of modern conservatory and the construction of a single storey flat-roofed extension to the rear involving the enlarging of existing window opening on lower ground floor, staircase access from upper ground floor rear return, two new openings and one new window to retu rn, b) repairs to entire building, removal of half landing partitions to rear return room and new opening to existing first floor bathroom, c) the replacement of the existing double-glazed aluminium windows with double glazed painted traditional sash windows, d) demolition of single storey garage to rear garden, e) and all associated site development works.
