Ref. 3172/18. The proposed development replaces the permitted stairwell providing access to byrnes lane (from basement to 8th floor level) to now provide for an increase of c. 15.5 sqm to basement storage space, an increase of c. 16.5 sqm to ground floor retail unit to provide a service access/escape and the provision of 8 no.
