Pl29s. 305585) to include the following modifications which are principally proposed within the permitted form/building envelope; an additional 8 no. Aparthotel bedrooms which will increase the total number of bedrooms from 36 no. To 44 no, aparthotel bedrooms; the reduction in car parking at basement level
