Dwelling houses comprising of three-bedroom unit 1 (retained as existing), four-bedroom unit 2 and five bedroom unit 3, all units being two-storey. Demolition of single-storey structures to the west side of the building adjoining the rear laneway and their replacement with a two-storey extension which forms part of unit
  • Conservation works and alterations include re-roofing and alteration of a section of the rear parapet level, re-rendering of selected areas of external walls, replacement of selected external windows, repair of retained external windows & doors, minor alterations to existing internal layouts, in-filling of internal ground floor voids, thermal lining bedroom 4 to unit 2, internal plaster repair works, replacement of mechanical & electrical installations and other ancillary works area also proposed.
