This is a protected structure, belgrave square is an architectural conservation area. The development will consist of external and internal conservation works and renovations. Currently the house is divided into a single dwelling unit on ground first and second floor with two separate apartments at basement level. Allow for reconfiguration of the basement level to allow for one larger apartment. Front elevation-allow for new granite steps with correct pitch to front basement and new retaining wall to front basement with planting. Allow for new door beneath stairs to access basement light well. Rear elevation- allow for the demolition of the rear conservatory at first floor level at 9 sqm and the reinstatement of the arched hardwood sash windows and cast iron window box to stairwell. Allow for new connecting bridge to garden with side granite low walls and box hedging with railings and granite pavers.
