Development works will consist of the cleaning, repair, and repointing of all stonework and statutory, including renewal/replacement of previous cementitious repairs in matching stone and installation of lead flashings; conservation of all windows and main st. Stephen's green entrance door, including reinstatement of original glazing bar pattern to st. Stephen's green elevation windows; conservation and repair of the decorative ironwork railings; repair and re-slating of the historic roofs, replacement of existing modern rooflights/ lanterns, and renewal of all lead and copper coverings, linings, and flashings; and all associated site works.
