M) with a cumulative gross floor area of 52,509 sq. M comprising of: a) block b1 (max. Building height 58.725 m, total gross internal floor area 11,860 sq. M of office); b) block b2 (max. Building height 58.725 m, total gross internal floor area 11,902 sq. M of office); c) block b3 (max. Building height 54.725 m, total gross internal floor area 10,147 sq.
