Permission is sought for the demolition of a non-original 3 storey over basement commercial building behind protected facade (c. 1684.8m2 to be demolished) and the construction of a commercial building (c. 3,714 gia overall) extending to 8 storeys with setback 9th floor over existing basement consisting of office space at 1st to 8th floor level (c. 2.073m2 nia) and an entrance/shared office/townhall/cafe space (c. 284m2 nia) at ground floor level. The retained facade will be restored, repaired and repointed with new windows/doors as required. There is a terrace at 8th floor level and screened external plant is setback at roof level.
