The development will consist of the demolition of the 3 no. Existing two-storey houses (of c. 233.7 sqm. C. 234.4sqm and c. 172.5 sqm respectably) and associated outbuildings, and the construction of a new residential development in 2 no. New build blocks, block a and block b, ranging between 3 and 5 storeys in height over single basement level. The development consists of 58 no. Residential units (20 no. 1 bed units, 29 no. 2 bed units, and 9 no. 3 bed units), associated residential amenity space, ancillary plant, refuse and bicycle parking storage. The overall development proposal provides for the following: block a (c. 3312.1sqm gfa)
