The development will consist/consists of permission for amendments and alterations to previously permitted development under reg. Ref. : web 1436/21 at 10 greenlea park, terenure, dublin 6w. The development will consist of the construction of an extension over garage and to rear of the first floor level. Change to tiled pitched roof over existing flat roof to front of property. The conversion of attic to include dormer to rear. The application shall seek to revoke conditions 3(b) the half hipped roof element shall be set in 0.5 metres from the boundary with 12 greenlea park and 3(c) the extended half hipped roof shall be set down from the ridge of the existing dwelling. This application shall also include a new application for a garden room to the rear of property and to align the first floor rear facade with those at nos. 6 and 14 greenlea park.
