Insertion of new internal connections, at basement, ground, 1st, 2nd and 3rd floor levels, to adjoining dean hotel at no. 34 harcourt street and dean townhouse at no. 36 harcourt street (protected structure). Subdivision of front room at 1st floor level to accommodate 2no. Bedrooms (remains 21no. Keys in total). Removal of existing 1st floor rear return and reinstatement of window of the original townhouse. Removal of existing projecting structure to rear elevation of the townhouse, at 2nd floor landing.
