- Repair and restoration of existing granite front steps

- Installation of a new glazed entrance door into lower ground floor vestibule under front steps
- Internal alterations to lower ground floor layout including new opening in central spine wall between proposed cinema room and gym areas, lowering of floor level to proposed gym area, removal of non-original partitions and construction of new partition between proposed cinema room and proposed utility / boot room, removal of existing non-original partitions around existing stairwell and making good existing staircase
