Planning permission for development consisting of extension and renovation of an existing house, works will include the demolition of existing single storey (non original) conservatory and other none original outbuilding within the rear garden and provision of: (1) new single storey glazed kitchen dining area, bootroom/side entrance and glazed link to rear living room incorporating the existing door opening and replacing non original steps, (2) conversion of existing kitchen to provide new pantry off the new kitchen and laundry area, (3) removal of existing side entrance door, conversion of opening to window and creation of new lower hall area and reception wc. Lower hall will allow access to the new kitchen and boot room. (4) provision of new basement wine store under main entrance hall access with new flight of steps located under the main stairs, (5) alterations at first floor return level providing a revised bedroom 5 with adjoining shower room and linen store opening of half landing, (6) alterations at first floor level to include moving entrance door to master bedroom and provision of new door within master bedroom to new dressing room and master ensuite within front room, (7) moving entrance door to bedrooms 2 and 3, rearrangement of partition wall between both bedrooms to provide a more balanced layout, (8) provision of new conservation type roof light to main landing, (9) rearrangement of layout at top landing level to provide ensuite shower room and wardrobe to bedroom 4 and enlarged family bathroom, (10) works to external envelope including provision of breathable insulation internal face of external walls at first floor return, first floor and top landing level, (11) upgrading/refurbishment of all existing sash windows including provision of slim lite double glazing to all sashes on the front facade.
