The site is principally bound as follows: to the north-east by public open space; to the south-east by ashton green and ashton grove; to the south-west by miller's avenue and longview mews; and to the north-west by public open space (at miller's glen lake). The proposed development will principally consist of the construction of a residential development comprising 18 no. 2-storey houses (9 no. 2-bed units and 9 no. 3-bed units), all with associated private open space. Access to the proposed development will be provided from the existing miller's avenue and the existing longview mews (forming a priority t-junction with miller's avenue).
