The development will consist of: upgrade works and alterations to an existing renewable bioenergy plant as granted permission under planning reference fw13a/0089 ( f13a/0089/e1) and as granted permission for an increase in the volume of waste imported under planning reference fw18a/0159. The proposed works consist of: (i) provision of a biomethane upgrader, comprising of biogas scrubber and a compression unit; (ii) provision of a biomethane network entry facility (bnef) with associated propane tanks and primeter fencing; (iii) amendment to operating hours with removal of conditions 5 of permission fw13a/0089 to permit waste being acceptd into the facility 24 hours per day and outputs also being removed from the site 24 hours per day to facillitate operations; (iv) ancillary site development works, access will be through existing permitted vehicular accesses onto the r135 regional road.
