The development will consist of upgrade works and alterations to an existing renewable bioenergy plant as granted permission under planning reference fw13a/0089 (as extended under extension of duration fw13a/0089/e1) and as granted permission for an increase in the volume of waste imported under planning reference fw18a/0159.
