Development description
The development will consist of the provision of a biogas upgrading plant to connect to a permitted anaerobic digestion (ad) facility (meath county council (mcc) reg. Ref. 22/1214). The biogas upgrading plant will comprise 2 no. Horizontal tanks, dry cooler, pumps, chillers, and all associated infrastructure, internal access roads and loading area. The biogas upgrading unit, which will connect to the ad facility, will also connect to the national grid via a biomethane injection point, which will be housed in a biomethane network entry facility (bnef). The development also provides for the relocation and reorientation of the permitted engineering amenity block / office extension (mcc reg. Ref. 22/696) which will now be located to the north-west of the existing engineering workshop. The proposed development will also include all associated site development, drainage and infrastructure works above and below ground.
