Modification and relocation of a previously permitted (planning ref. 11/1208) bulk hydrogen tank and associated equipment, separation wall and fencing adjacent to the existing hydrogen tank located to the rear of the fab 10 facility. The hydrogen tank is 22.1 metres high and 3 metres in diameter. This application consists of a variation to a previously permitted development on a production site for which a licence under part iv of the environmental protection agency act 1992 (as amended for the protection of the environment act) is required.
