Change of use of former national irish bank, a protected structure. The new use will consist of restaurant at ground floor level, one no. One bedroom apartment and one no. Two bedroom apartment at first floor level, one no. Three bedroom apartment at second floor level and a self contained unit at the rear of the property to provide for staff welfare and ancillary office accommodation along with storage space for the apartments. Proposed works include restoration of existing building fabric, relocating the staircase to the centre of the building, re-arranging interior layouts to suit proposed new uses, extending, reconstructing and re-roofing self contained building at the rear of the property, replacing exterior stores with new toilet facilities block, first floor extension over new toilet block, to provide bin storage area in former private garden opposite and yard area adjoining same in lieu of change of use of former national irish bank, a protected structure.
