No works are proposed to the protected structure as part of this application. The proposed development will consist of the removal of existing temporary portacabins from within the internal courtyard and the erection of emergency accommodation unit comprising of 2 separate extensions, 2 storey each. The smaller extension will consist of: (a) future medical use at ground level, (b) staff changing areas at first floor level. The larger extension will consist of: (a) further medical use spaces at ground floor level, (b) 16 no single bedrooms; pantry; nurses base; admin areas; clinical support spaces, and sanitary facility at first floor level, (c) roof plant room. The development will also include a provision of 18no additional car parking spaces and all associated site works
