The provision of car and bus parking as part of a park & ride scheme associated with the ryder cup in 2027. The temporary car and bus park requires a new temporary vehicle access located to the south of the croagh roundabout on the n21. The site is referred to as ‘croagh west’. All installations associated with the park & ride facility are temporary and removable with the lands to be returned to existing use within one month after completion of the ryder cup to include reinstatement of boundaries where access provision is proposed.
