Part 8 louth county council hereby gives notice of its intention to carry out development will consist of: demolition of the main fire station building, training tower and all ancillary outbuildings; relocation of the main vehicular site entrance and modifications to the existing stone wall to the northern boundary; construction of a 3-storey (with part 4-storey) residential apartment building comprising 10 no. Dwelling units; construction of a row of townhouses comprising 5 no. Dwelling units;construction of an enclosed bin/recycling store; lowering of the existing wall to the southern boundary at sienna convent and the installation of a new metal railing; amendments to the existing on-street car parking bay to the north-west of the site on scarlet street; provision of 18 no. Car parking spaces and 10 no. Bicycle spaces; and drainage works, hard and soft landscaping and all ancillary site works.
