The proposed amendments include the following: replacement of a permitted four storey apartment block containing 13 no. Units with a revised four storey apartment block containing 20 no. Units (16 no. 2 bed units and 4 no. 3 bed apartments), together with associated amendments to the internal road, vehicular parking and landsaping (including children's play area and seating), layout in the immediate vicinity of the apartment block.
