Development will consist of an (a) extraction of sand and gravel (1.4 hectares) (b) mobile sand and gravel screening plant, (c) temporary wheel wash , (d) weighbridge, (e) office and welfare facilities (100m2); and (f) all ancillary site development infrastructure and restoration of the site and sand and gravel pit (c. 2.6 hectares) to its using naturally occurring materials, principally inert soil and stone generated by construction and development activity and imported as waste under licence or as by-product (in accordance with article 27 of the european communities (waste directive) regulations 2011 (as amended).
