The development will consist of land reclamation using inert soil and stones. The proposed works will be subject to a waste facility permit and/or notification under article 27 of the european communities (waste directive) regulations 2011, s. I. No. 126 of 2011 for the recovery of c. 20,000 tonnes per annum for a period of c. 5 years; not to exceed 100,000 tonnes in total.
