Virgin soil or equivalent to virgin soil and stone) which will be notified to the epa as by-product at its source of origin and transported as a by-product material for the purposes of restoration of a previously extracted area (qy/54) to restore the site to a beneficial agricultural and ecological afteruse (b) temporary portacabin offices and staff facilities 80 m2; (c) wheel wash and weighbridge 134m2; (d) site entrance and access road; (e) lockable access gate at the pit entrance; (f) all other ancillary buildings, plant and facilities for the restoration, and all ancillary site works.
