Planning permission is sought for the change of use of this two-storey structure from outpatient & inpatient health care to a communit primary care centre for north monaghan. The proposed are
- The demolition of two small extensions on the north side
- The creation of roof void plant rooms
- The replacement and addition of rooflights on the upper flat roofs
- The reinstatement of twelve brick chimneys
- The removal of some internal walls and doors
- The replacement of all meal windows with new sash windows
- The removal of he existing canopy and terrace and replacement with a new canopy and ramps for access to the building
