Berths; four storey 27 unit aparthotel with an associated retail and commercial element of c. 782 sq. M; creche / commercial space (c. 540 sq. M); 150 residential units ( including provision for "part v affordable" units) comprised of: 25 no. Two storey detatched houses; 32 no. Two storey terraced houses; 8 no. Three storey terraced houses; 26 no. Two storey 2 and 3 bedroom duplex units over 26 no. Single storey 2 bedroom apartments; 3 no. Four storey apartment blocks comprising a total of 3 no. 1 bedroom units and 21 no. 2 bedroom units; 6 no. 2 bedroom and 3 no. 3 bedroom apartments in a part 2 and part 3 storey over ground floor block; new junction onto the celbridge newcastle road (r405) and footpath to (r405); a pumped sewer to the treatment plant at newcastle, co. Dublin and water supply from peamount reservoir, co. Dublin with esb substation and pumping station; associated site and development, landscaping works and car parking.
