Are facing onto fonthill road/boot road and 13 no. Facing onto rear of st. John's road. 7 no. 3 bed apartments of which 6 no. Are facing onto fonthill road/boot road and 1 no. Facing onto rear of st. John's road. The office space and health board clinic are located at ground floor level. The proposed development is a single l-shaped block that runs parallel to the street lines of fonthill road and boot road and is a stepped 6 no. Storey over basement on the corner with boot road, with a maximum height of 19.22m over ground level at entrance to offices. Vehicular access to the underground car park is provided off boot road, a fire brigade access is provided from commons road. Provision is made for 63 bicycle spaces in the basement.
