Blocks ranging in height from 2 to 8 storeys. Commercial (non-retail) uses to include general enterprise, medical and office based services coming under the definition of class 2, 3 & 8 of the planning and development regulations 2001, in blocks a1, a2, b1, c, d1, d2 and e. 1 no. Retail unit measuring c. 316sq. M. Gfa is located at ground floor level in block a2 and 5 no. Retail units measuring c. 110sq. M. , c. 450sq. M. , c. 312sq. M. , c. 220sq. M. And c. 356sq. M. Gfa each are located at ground floor level in block b2. The proposed crèche is located at ground floor level in block d1. The proposed cafe is located at ground and first floor level in block e.
