Commercial (non-retail) uses to include general enterprise, medical and office based services coming under the definition of class 2, 3 & 8 of the planning and development regulations 2001, in blocks a1, a2, b1, c, d1, d2 and e. 1 no. Retail unit measuring c. 316sq. M. Gfa is located at ground floor level in block a2 and 5 no. Retail units measuring c. 110sq. M. , c. 450sq. M. , c. 312sq. M. , c. 220sq. M. And c. 356sq. M.
