Apartment / duplex units with total gfa of c. 15,791 sqm comprising 44 no. 4 bed duplex units; 37 no. 3 bed units; and 70 no. 2 bed units: balconies / terraces are provided on unit types m, n,m1 ,n1,o, p,q,r,t, u, v, w, x; provision of 1 no. 2 storey building comprising 1 no creche at ground floor level (gfa c. 200sqm) and 1 no. Community facility at 1st floor level (gfa c. 145 sqm); the total gfa of the proposed development is c. 55,440 sqm: vehicular access to the application site is via 3 no. Access roads through adjoining lands to the north of the application site which link to the east - west distributor road as follows: 2 no.
