Apartment / duplex units with total gfa of c. 15,791 sqm comprising 44 no. 4 bed duplex units; 37 no. 3 bed units; and 70 no. 2 bed units: balconies / terraces are provided on unit types m, n,m1 ,n1,o, p,q,r,t, u, v, w, x; provision of 1 no. 2 storey building comprising 1 no creche at ground floor level (gfa c. 200sqm) and 1 no.
