Provision of 2 single storey data centres (dub07 & dub08) immediately west of existing data centre (dub06). These data centres replace 6 buildings permitted under sd14a/0194. Each data centre will contain the following; offices, computer and associated support areas, electrical component rooms, plant and associated equipment, 5 flues (each c. 25m high), plant at roof level. Gross floor area of each c. 16,900sq. M (c. 33,800sq. M in total). The height of each data centre will range between c. 6.5m & c. 13m high. Also proposed are ancillary site works for connection to infrastructural services, as well as fencing, landscaping, perimeter service roads around the buildings. The provision for installation of heat dispersal infrastructure to facilitate the future potential recycling of waste heat energy by 3rd parties. Revision to permitted car parking and additional parking to now provide a total of 257 spaces (including 5 universal accessible spaces) serving dub06, dub07 and dub08. Provision of 10 bicycle parking spaces. Relocation of fire sprinkler water storage tank (c. 128sq. M) permitted under sd14a/0194. Otherwise no changes to the existing dub06 data centre, plant/tanks, signage, landscaping as permitted/modified under ref's sd13a/0265 & sd14a/0194. An environmental impact statement (eis) has been submitted with this planning application.
