This application also includes all associated site development and infrastructural works, public open spaces, landscaping and carparking on a site of approx. 3.5 hectares immediately south of hillcrest estate at dodsborough, lucan and west of adjacent phase 1 of the paddocks, adamstown. The site will be accessed via 2 no. Vehicular access points: (1) from the paddocks via adamstown drive to the east & (2) from new distributor road (adamstown boulevard) connecting directly into dodsborough road, all being part of development area 3 (airlie stud) of adamstown strategic development zone planning scheme. This application is being made in accordance with the provisions of the adamstown planning scheme 2003.
